At backspaced, we make pieces that last, and we want your experience to feel just as solid.

Here’s everything you need to know about exchanges, returns, and refunds.


🕒 7-DAY EXCHANGE WINDOW
Not the right size or fit? No stress.

You’ve got 7 days from the date of delivery to request a one-time size exchange or store credit.


↩ HOW EXCHANGES WORK
We’ll handle the reverse pickup for you. Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship out your new piece or issue store credit.

No returns on worn or damaged items unless there’s a defect.


❌ NO RETURNS FOR REFUND (UNLESS…)
We don’t offer refunds for sizing, styling, or preference-based returns.

No refunds/returns/exchanges are available on Sale Items unless the product is defective or misplaced by the delivery partner.

Refunds are only available if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your item arrived damaged

In those cases, email us within 24 hours of delivery at contact@backspaced.in with clear photos or an unboxing video.


📦 ELIGIBILITY CHECKLIST
For any return to be accepted:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
